Review

A review provides some assurance for companies that are not required to file audited financial statements. A review is a cost-effective way to meet the requirements of third parties, such as lenders.

A review consists primarily of enquiry, analytical procedures and discussion related to information supplied to us. A review does not constitute an audit and consequently no audit opinion is expressed. A review does, however, state that nothing has come to our attention that causes us to believe that the financial statements are not, in all material respects, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
